Is the Fenty Beauty Powder Foundation worth it for acne scarred skin...?

The Fenty powder foundation comes in the sleek white packaging. I picked up the shade 290 (which is claimed to be the perfect colour for olive complexions). The packaging is compact and perfect to keep in your bag for when you're on the go (after this pandemic of course). It comes with two mirrors and a thin powder puff for touch ups. (A little side note I use the Fenty Beauty concealer in 260 under my eyes to slightly brighten).
I suffer from acne scarred and textured skin. I tend to avoid powders, all over my face, just using a powder bronzer and blush. I was curious to know if the Fenty Powder foundation would make my skin look cakey and would cover my acne scars. The texture of the foundation is smooth and the colour seemed perfect for me.
How I applied it: I applied my cream products first. This included a concealer to conceal my scars and dark circles (which is what I would do if I was using a liquid foundation), cream bronzer and a cream blush. The powder foundation sat on top of it perfectly. I then applied my powder bronzer and blush on top, it layered perfectly.
The first image is my skin with no makeup just moisturiser. My acne scars are a brown-ish red and very evident. In the second image it is clear that my scars have been covered! The foundation has also added some colour back in my skin after the winter weather (and lockdown) has been draining it.
Final verdict: the powder foundation is great for covering acne scars. It does show some texture but with some buffing and setting spray it's fine. It didn't cling to my dry patches. I had the foundation all day while remote teaching/ marking, which includes resting my face on my hands a lot while sitting in my room with the heat up high, it lasted without making me oily. It's a great powder foundation! If you do have incredibly dry skin use a thick moisturiser first.
