I've been curious to try out some of the blushers on Beauty Bay and when a discount code came around I couldn't resist.

Shade name: Blossom

I don't own any blushers that have shimmer in them so I was excited to try this. In the pan it looks very glittery, there is a fear that it can look as if you've dumped a whole load of glitter on your face and you've reached an Edward Cullen level of sparkly. However, this is a very nice shimmer and it doesn't look like a load of glitter on your face. The colour is incredibly pink! It can look a little stark on my skin when I first applied it but when I blended it, it looked really nice.

Shade name: Coral

This colour is gorgeous! I was a bit worried about the colour on my skin tone but it looks surprisingly great. It really gives you that flushed look that is in at the moment. It is quite a matte orangey- pink tone that does look quite bright and it is quite pigmented so be careful how much product you pick up on your brush. It does blend well. I can tell this is going to be my summer blush, it is the perfect colour for spring/summer.

Shade name: Royal

This blush is a very gorgeous purple/ wine toned colour that looks amazing on medium/ olive complexion. It is a shimmery shade but again doesn't look very glitter once applied on the skin. It does look quite dark in the pan (especially in this picture) which can look quite scary to use but it's far from scary. I will definitely be reaching for this more this spring.

Overall, these blushers are great. They don't feel chalky, they are pigmented (so be careful how much you pick up on your brush) and it blends amazingly. There is a fear with powder products picking up on texture on the skin, as someone with textured skin, I can confirm that it doesn't highlight any texture or dry parts (of course texture will always be there on the skin but this powder blush doesn't emphasise it). For the price, £6.00, you can't go wrong. I'm excited to try out more shades.
